Join our cooking class led by nutritionist Alexa and unlock the secrets to creating delicious and nutritious dips and dressings that will tantalize your taste buds and provide the perfect compliment to seasonal fall and winter foods. Learn how to harness the power of healthy oils, protein-packed beans, and creamy Greek yogurt to elevate your meals and snacks to a whole new level! Recipes demonstrated in class will include:

  • Maple mustard vinaigrette    

  • Blood orange vinaigrette

  • Kale and artichoke pesto    

  • Creamy sun-dried tomato pumpkin sauce 

  • Root veggie hummus

  • Creamy tahini yogurt dressing

Dips and dressings will be served with a variety of foods - including leafy greens, crudités, pasta, and crackers for sampling.
