Keri Connell, MS, LDN, IFNCP, has a master's degree in Clinical Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and a license in Nutrition. In 2018, she became a certified practitioner of Integrative and Functional Nutrition (IFNCP). She has been counseling the patients of Integrative Medicine at Crossroads for over 8 years on healthy eating, stress reduction, and nutritional and herbal supplementation. In September of 2015, Keri helped open the teaching kitchen and has been leading classes for patients and the public ever since.
Keri has always had a passion for food and that continues to grow with more time spent in the kitchen. She is continually delighted to hear her cooking class participants are now cooking delicious and healthy meals at home instead of relying on processed, fast foods.
When Keri isn't counseling patients or teaching a cooking class, you can bet that she is involved in another food-related activity. She enjoys home cooking, fermenting and preserving, mushroom foraging, farmer's markets, and traveling (a.k.a. eating) to new destinations with her chef husband.
