Jess Quinones, Licensed Nutritionist & Health Coach
Jess Quinones is a board-certified nutrition specialist and licensed dietetic nutritionist with a passion for personalized, root-cause health care. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), where she completed the rigorous requirements to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Jess is also a Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist (LDN) in the state of Maryland.
Her foundational training began at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned her certification in Holistic Health Coaching. Jess also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sport Studies from Towson University—laying the groundwork for her mind-body approach to care.
With over a decade of experience, Jess uses evidence-based nutritional therapies to help clients address a wide range of health concerns, including blood sugar imbalances, weight management, inflammation, digestion, food sensitivities, hormone health, cognitive function, mood, and environmental toxicity. Her integrative, science-driven approach supports healing by treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Jess believes in collaborative, compassionate care. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or looking to optimize your well-being, she will work with you to develop a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan that aligns with your goals and uncovers the root cause of symptoms.
When she’s not supporting clients, Jess enjoys cooking with local ingredients, traveling, and spending time near the water—especially with her golden retriever, Gracie.
