Decode Your Metabolism: Follow-Up Session (CGM Data Review)

You’ve worn a Continuous Glucose Monitor. Now it’s time to make sense of the data.

This follow-up session is designed for those who attended Intro to Decode Your Metabolism or have been using a CGM on their own and want help interpreting what they are seeing.

Most people quickly realize that CGM data raises more questions than answers. Why did one meal spike and another didn’t? Why does the same meal produce different results on different days? What role do sleep, stress, and exercise actually play?

This session is focused on turning your data into clear, practical next steps.

We will cover:

  • How to identify meaningful patterns vs normal variability

  • What “good” glucose control actually looks like across a full day

  • Common causes of unexpected spikes

  • How to adjust meals, timing, and composition based on your data

  • The impact of movement, sleep, and stress on glucose trends

  • When to zoom out and when to pay attention to specific numbers

Participants are encouraged to bring questions and observations from their own CGM experience. This is an interactive session designed to help you move beyond tracking and start making targeted changes.
