About Us

Our Story

Crossroads Apothecary began in 2000 as a supplement hub supporting the medical providers of Crossroads Medicine and has continued to evolve alongside our approach to integrative care.

We added a nutrition team in 2009, opened the Crossroads Teaching Kitchen in 2015, introduced energetic therapies in 2017, acupuncture in 2022, and the Longevity Program in 2023. In 2026, we are expanding again with the launch of our Women’s Wellness Program.

Today, Crossroads Apothecary brings these services together in one place, offering nutrition, lifestyle education, cooking demonstrations, acupuncture, energetic therapies, and physician-guided supplements to support prevention, healthy aging, and whole-person care. Whether you’re seeking guidance for a specific health concern or looking to improve your long-term health, we connect you with trusted resources and personalized support to enhance both quality of life and longevity.

  • I can’t thank you enough for the “How to Eat Veggies and Love Them” class.

    —Class Attendee

  • My husband and I had a disagreement over who got the leftover green beans with Gremolata sauce from the night before. This is so awesome!!! And ironic that they are easier to cook than the steaming we were doing — AND that we actually look forward to eating them fresh out of pot AND as leftovers.

    —Class Attendee

  • The mushrooms and carrots were awesome — I was hoping I’d have leftovers…. so far I haven’t figured out how to make enough to have leftovers….. nice problem to have!

    —Class Attendee

  • Most surprising, I know I have doubled (or maybe tripled) my veggie intake this week AND I haven’t had to eat a boring single plain steamed veggie or salad to do it.

    -Class Attendee

  • I really appreciate what a change this one class has made in our lives!
