Monthly "Living Well with Diabetes" classes are held in the Crossroads Teaching Kitchen for patients of Crossroads Medical who have been diagnosed with Diabetes. These session can be run through your health insurance.
Each session led by nutritionist Keri Connell and certified diabetes educator Roye Evans, will focus on a practical topic related to managing blood sugar, building sustainable habits, and improving long term health.
In this session, we will review best practices for glucose monitoring, how to start your day with a blood sugar friendly breakfast and answer questions about your real life challenges.
