As part of our series “Make it Mediterranean”, nutritionist Keri will highlight the major players of the Mediterranean diet and show you creative ways to prepare and enjoy them. In this “FISH” focused class, learn how to work with filets of fresh or frozen fish so that they come out tender and flavorful every time! We’ll also make a variety of marinades and sauces.
