We’re stretching the boundaries of “healthy treats” to focus on recipes that support the microbiome, or the collection of microorganisms within us that keep us healthy and happy. Recipes will be gluten free and include blondies, edible cookie dough, frozen yogurt bark, and fudgy muffins.
