Kisha Henry, DCN, MSN, CNS, LDN, is a clinical nutritionist with a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition degree and a background in forensic toxicology. Her unique combination of clinical nutrition and laboratory science brings a strong analytical perspective to her work and a deep appreciation for the role of nutrition, biochemistry, and individualized care in supporting health.
Kisha’s clinical interests include women’s health, perimenopause and hormonal health, nutritional genomics, gastrointestinal health, and metabolic health. Her doctoral work focused on nutritional genomics and its application to perimenopause, further shaping her interest in personalized nutrition and women’s health.
Kisha writes educational articles for Crossroads Apothecary, translating emerging nutrition and integrative health research into practical information for patients and the community. At Integrative Medicine at Crossroads, she will provide individualized nutrition counseling and help develop the Women’s Program, with a focus on supporting women through the nutritional and metabolic changes of midlife.
Kisha is passionate about helping patients understand the “why” behind their nutrition recommendations and turning complex nutrition science into realistic, sustainable strategies they can use in everyday life.
