Monthly "Living Well with Diabetes" classes are held in the Crossroads Teaching Kitchen for patients of Crossroads Medical who have been diagnosed with Diabetes. These session can be run through your health insurance.
Each session led by nutritionist Keri Connell and certified diabetes educator Roye Evans, will focus on a practical topic related to managing blood sugar, building sustainable habits, and improving long term health.
In this cooking demonstration, we will review best low carb pasta substitutes including cabbage noodles, zoodles, hearts of palm pasta, and shiratake noodles.
