How to Eat More Vegetables: BLENDED SOUPS

NEW in 2024! As part of our “How To Eat More Vegetables” series, nutritionist Keri will show you how to make three silky smooth soups chock full of vegetables, herbs and spices. The soups will be creamy without the use of dairy products. A blender is required to recreate these soups at home. Recipes will include:

  • Cauliflower Carrot Soup with Smoked Paprika & Lime

  • Root Vegetable Soup with Coriander & Ginger

  • Broccoli, Greens & Fennel Soup (the surprising class favorite in our previous demos!)
