Make it Mediterranean: “Loaded Bean Salads”

As part of our new series “Make it Mediterranean”, nutritionist Keri will highlight the major players of the Mediterranean diet and show you novel ways to prepare and enjoy them. In this “BEAN” focused class, we'll make meal prep friendly marinated bean salads. Recipes will include:

  • Lentils and Chickpeas with Olives, Artichokes and an Apple Cider Vinaigrette

  • Curried Chickpea Salad with Lime Pickled Onions

  • Black Bean & Pico de Gallo Spiced Salad

  • Toasted Sesame & Ginger Edamame Salad
